Weekly sessions of 60–75 minutes. Modality — suggestion, regression, parts work, analytical — selected per session based on what each stage requires. Sessions are recorded where appropriate.

Weekly review against stage-two markers. End-of-programme review with maintenance plan. We do not declare a programme complete on a feeling — only on the evidence.
